The Process:

From the moment a client says "YES, I need to speak with a Conversion Consultant" and signs up with someone from our sales team they will receive professional and quality Consulting services.
  1. The client will receive a call to schedule the first hour Conversion Consultation.
  2. First Conversion Consulting appointment.
  3. Consultant's Internal work for client.
  4. Client receives hard copy of Conversion Consulting report.
  5. Second Conversion Consulting appointment.
  6. Third Conversion Consulting appointment.
  7. Fourth Conversion Consulting appointment.

  1. The client will receive a call to schedule the first hour Conversion Consultation. The Consult Sense.com Conversion Consulting department will call the client within one week of receiving the sales contract.

  2. First Conversion Consulting appointment. The first hour between the client and the Conversion Consultant is intensive, we call it your Internet business plan for your Web site. Some of the questions we ask are: What are your goals? Who are your top three online competitors? Each client needs their Consultant to focus on different areas. Perhaps your current focus is on marketing, a competitor analysis or a Web site re-design. The first hour of consulting will assist the Consultant to focus the process on your companies specific needs.

  3. Consultant's Internal work for client. Once the Consultant completes the conference call then the real work begins. The Consultant will spend hours and hours researching and compiling a written report to send back to the client. This report will include:

    - A review of the FUNCTIONALITY of your Web site, which includes an evaluation of your business concept, design, Web site content and the Navigation within your Web site.

    - A review of your Web sites STATISTICS & TRENDS which will include a look at your server stats

    - An ANALYSIS of your competitor's Web site

    - An EVALUATION of your Web sites pricing of products and/ or services

    - Marketing recommendations

    - Company goals

    - Summary



  4. Client receives hard copy of Conversion Consulting report. Our client will receive a hardcopy of the report via FedEx.



  5. Second Conversion Consulting appointment. The second Consulting appointment is set-up once the client receives their written report. The purpose of this time is to review the report so the client can implement the plan.



  6. Third Conversion Consulting appointment. The third Consulting appointment is three months after they have received the report, and the purpose is to review how the implementation of the report has gone.



  7. Fourth Conversion Consulting appointment. The fourth Consulting appointment is to assist the client in reviewing the results after three months have gone by and the plan is implemented.
